Hear Binford Barking !

Lewis Binford was interviewed for ARCHAEOLOGICAL DIALOGUES on the occasion of his latest book and his honorary doctorate at the University of Leiden. Binford, not just an ethnoarchaeologist, but also an expert on animal behaviour, explained how the Nunamiut taught him to imitate wolf sounds - an interest he carried on during his research in the subtropics where he listened to hyenas.
